Marine de Gravelines measures and records the
performance of each batch of young fish until they
reach commercial size ( 300 g to 1.5 kg ) on the
Aquanord
ongrowing farm, guaranting more than 98% of
marketable fish.
This constant
exchange between technicians enables us to analyse
and validate our selection methods and the quality
of our growing fish.
Our aim is to
ensure that our customers benefit from this
technical and sanitary know-how.
We work in close co-operation with
them so as to tailor the quality of our products to
their requirements.
